       滦平金山岭国际滑雪旅游度假区位于滦平县南部京承高速两侧的山谷地带，毗邻白草洼国家森林公园，区内主峰海拔1750 米，是京承高速沿线的最高点。将建设以滑雪运动为主题的四季旅游休闲度假区，主要包括娱雪乐园项目、以四季采摘园和餐饮为主的田园体验项目、养老养生项目，商务会议中心、酒店、餐饮住宿、商业购物、休闲娱乐等配套设施。该项目计划投资70 亿元，总规划面积25 平方公里，总建筑面积136 万平方米。2017 年11 月部分建成投用，雪场最大容纳量1 万人，预计年接待游客120 万人次。滑雪度假区距首都机场130 公里，西距金山岭长城10 公里，东距承德60 公里，从北京市区到滑雪度假区仅需一个半小时车程。木兰皇家围场神仙洞国际旅游度假区在御道口牧场东面，距牧场场部大约17 公里。神仙洞是如意河的发源地，南北两面是起伏的沙山，覆盖着散散落落的榆树和连绵成片的白桦树，周围景点如林。计划建设射击狩猎场、冰雪运动场、水上运动场、木兰秋狝博物馆、低空飞行观光旅游、五星级酒店等。

Partly completed and put into use in November 2017, the ski resort has a maximum capacity of 10,000 people and is expected to receive 1.2 million tourists annually. The ski resort is 130 kilometers away from the Capital Airport, 10 kilometers away from the Jinshanling Great Wall in the west, and 60 kilometers away from Chengde in the east. It only takes one and a half hours to drive from downtown Beijing to the ski resort. Mulan Royal Paddock Shenxiandong International Tourist Resort is located in the east of Yudaokou Ranch, about 17 kilometers away from the pasture. Shenxiandong is the birthplace of the Ruyi River. The north and south sides are undulating sand hills, covered with scattered elm trees and continuous stretches of birch trees. The surrounding scenic spots are like forests. It is planned to build a shooting hunting ground, an ice and snow sports ground, a water sports ground, a Mulan Autumn Museum, a low-altitude flight sightseeing tour, and a five-star hotel.

       金山岭国际滑雪旅游度假酒店总建筑面积38181平方米，地上建筑面积28503平方米，地下建筑面积9678平方米，地上6层，地下1层。设计范围包括整个酒店室内公区、客房及后勤办公的功能区域。
